We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Please keep in mind that we get backlogged during peak holidays / seasons and it could take longer. If there are any issues with the delivery of an order, such as non-delivery or damage to products, Dakine.com.au must be notified within 14 days of the shipping date or we will be unable to assist with replacement or refund. Please contact office@topangadistribution.com ASAP.
After an order is shipped, Dakine cannot change the ship address with carrier. Please double check address before submitting an order!
After an order is shipped, cannot schedule a return to sender. Please proceed with a return.

Freight Forwarders: Dakine does not ship to Freight Forwarders under any circumstances. Dakine currently does not offer delivery services to PO Boxes.
Oversize Items: Luggage, Ski/Snowboard Roller Bags, Large Boot Carry Bags, Surfboard Bags, Pickup Pads, & Bike Roller Bag.
Shipping Holidays
Dakine and its carriers will not be shipping or delivering on:
- New Year's Eve
- New Year's Day
- Christmas Day
- Day after Christmas Day
