Need to make a return or exchange?

We got you. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be in re-sellable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges, unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Want to exchange?

Our exchange process involves (2) separate transactions. You will need to return the item(s) you want to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement items.

If we sent you the wrong product by mistake, please contact us via phone and we will help you out.
